Position Details

PROBATION OFFICER:

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supervision and case management of defendants
• Court report writing and appearances in Court
• Conducting interviews and assessments
• Collaboration with providers, agencies, families, schools

JUVENILE DETENTION OFFICER:

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Direct care, custody and discipline for detained minors
• Performing admissions/release functions
• Monitoring activities and participating in programming
• Maintaining security
• Transportation of minors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Certified for AOIC (Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts) hiring list
• Reside in Illinois within 90 days of hiring
• Be eligible to work in the United States
• Pass a background check and drug screen
