Position Details

The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners for the Village of Midlothian will be accepting applications for the position of Probationary Police Officer starting October 3rd, 2022.

Qualifications:

Applicants must meet all the following criteria to be considered for employment:

• Not less than twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of application or over thirty-five (35) years of age at the time of hire
• Be a high school graduate
• Be of good moral character and sound health
• Have no criminal convictions or court supervisions for criminal offenses
• Have the ability to read and write English -Pass a physical agility test, written test, polygraph examination, psychological examination, medical evaluation and pre-employment background investigation.
