Office of the City Clerk

Calumet City, IL

beginning Monday, June 18, 2018


The Clerk's office hours are as follows:


Monday - Friday

9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A non-refundable fee of $20.00 is required for each application.


Applicants must:

  • Be 21 years old at time of testing
  • Have a current CPAT card valid within 12 months of test date
  • Be less than 35 years of age
  • Be a citizen of the United States
  • Be an Illinois State Certified Paramedic at time of hire

Applications must be returned with all the required information to the Office of the City Clerk postmarked no later than Friday, June 29, 2018.
